Our team prides itself in taking a realistic approach to training. The courses are designed so all students will be able to relate aspects of the lessons to their jobs. This approach is based on the extensive experience of everyone involved with the Faculty of Flight. We utilize experts in the appropriate fields to help in research and design. We then develop it into an engaging lesson that students can immediately relate to.
Our online facilitators/instructors have extensive backgrounds in Human Factors and Safety Training. They are very effective in creating a productive environment in their lessons, which will help enhance learning.
